Apartment equipment:
The apartment comprises a lounge room with kitchen, large light bathroom and a foyer.
Skis are stored in the house basement in a separate locked room.
The room with kitchen unit is also equipped with one double-bed with possibility of two additional beds.
The room also includes TV and CD player with radio.
The bathroom comprises a tub and WC.
Inbuilt wardrobes at the foyer allow for storing ski and outdoor clothing.

Dining:
In the equipped apartment, there is also well equipped kitchen unit with four-ring electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher.
So the guest have everything they need to prepare they own meals.
The neighborhood also offers many quality restaurants.

Sport, entertainment:
Excellent location for ski and snowboard resorts at Cerna Hora.
Many cross-country skiing tracks all around.
In the summer, many interesting touristic and cycling tracks.
During the winter season, there is a newly open in-door swimming pool available in the neighborhood, incl. “sauna world”.
The Black Mount resort also offers a coasting paths, paragliding, cross-country scooter paths.

Parking:
One parking slot for fee is located in front of the house, or there is the central parking area for fee, in the neighborhood.

Pets:
Not allowed.
