The cottage is situated nearby the square and ski center known as Studenov, Lysá hora.
A beautiful view of the mountains is available from this the cottage located in a peaceful area, ideal for families with children or greater groups of persons, for training sessions, company events, etc.

Pets (dogs) may be allowed only if so agreed by the cottage owner in advance.
A kitchenette equipped with a fridge is available at each room as well as TV, an eating area for 18 persons is provided, also a patio with fireplace and garden furniture seating 8 people.
Parking is available in front of the cottage over the summer season; there is a parking lot 200 meters away from the cottage to be used in the winter time.
Bicycles can be kept safe.

Ground floor:
Room No. 1 – 2× single beds + 1 extra bed
Room No. 2 – 3× single beds + 1 extra bed
2× WC + shower

1st floor:
Room No. 3 – 2× single beds + 1 extra bed
Room No. 4 – 3× single beds + 1 extra bed
Room No. 5 – 4× single beds + 1 extra bed (this room has its own bathroom with a shower tub)

The second kitchenette with the eating area is situated on the 1st floor.
A child bed is available.
Pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner (price – CZK 50/day)

How to get to the cottage?:
Take right at the square behind the municipal house and follow the yellow sign uphill; take right after about 300 meters at the cross and follow the road for another 150 meters.
Accommodation is available from Saturday to Saturday.
Departure is required by 10 a.m. and arrival is accepted from 3 p.m.

O3–03.01.09 – 13.03.09 price per person/day in 300,–CZK
Children to 2 year free, Children to 10 year – 50%
There is no electrical energy included in the price, it should be paid before departure.
